Terms of Service.
These terms are a contract between you and the people who run Vivid. By redeeming a key, signing in, or using the software, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Vivid.
01What Vivid is
Vivid is a third-party client for Roblox on Windows. It runs outside the game process and reads game memory to provide its features. It is currently in closed beta, which means it is unfinished, may break without notice, and may change in any way before or after release.
02Your license
When you redeem a valid key, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vivid for the game that key carries. The license is tied to your Discord account. A lifetime key lasts as long as Vivid is operated and is not a promise that Vivid will be operated forever.
03What you may not do
- Share, lend, sell, or give away your key or your access, or let anyone else sign in as you.
- Decompile, disassemble, dump, debug, or otherwise reverse engineer the client, the launcher, the driver, or the servers, or attempt to bypass any protection or authentication.
- Redistribute any part of Vivid, including builds, offsets, configs marked private, or documentation.
- Use Vivid to harass, dox, defraud, or harm other people, or to attack any service including ours.
- Use Vivid on an account you do not own or with a payment method you are not authorised to use.
- Publish a config, script, or name that contains content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual.
Breaking any of these ends your access immediately with no refund.
04Risk
Using third-party software with a game almost certainly violates that game's own terms. The publisher may suspend or ban your game account, and may do so long after the fact. You accept that risk entirely. We do not replace game accounts, items, or in-game purchases, and we do not promise that any feature is undetectable.
05Keys, payments, and refunds
During the closed beta, keys are issued by invitation and are not sold. If keys are later sold, they are digital goods delivered instantly. Once a key has been redeemed it cannot be refunded except where the law requires it or where the software could not be used at all and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. Chargebacks against a redeemed key end your access.
06Availability and updates
Vivid depends on the game staying in a state we can read. After a game update, features may stop working until we update our side. We aim to be quick but we do not guarantee any turnaround time, uptime, or feature. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Beta access can be paused or withdrawn to protect the project.
07Your content
Configs you keep private stay yours. When you publish a config, you give us permission to show it to other users together with your Discord name and avatar for as long as it stays published. You can unpublish or delete it from the menu. Lua scripts you write are yours; do not publish scripts you do not have the right to share.
08Support and the AI assistant
Support runs through Discord tickets. Part of that support is automated and can read and edit the cloud configs attached to your account when you ask it to. It acts on your instructions and can make mistakes. Check the result before relying on it in a game.
09Termination
You can stop using Vivid at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms, if we reasonably believe your account is compromised, or if we shut the project down. A lifetime key is not refunded if the project ends; any goodwill refund in that case is at our discretion.
10No warranty
Vivid is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost game accounts, lost items, lost data, or lost time. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the key in question in the twelve months before the claim.
12Age
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you must meet the minimum age set by Discord and by the game. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
13Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the Discord. Continuing to use Vivid after a change means you accept it.
